How it all began …

Jaslyn Cakes is a well-established name in Kuala Lumpur’s dessert scene, recognized for its commitment to classic baking and enduring quality. Founded by Jaslyn Rangson, the brand is built on strong culinary foundations shaped by her formal training at Le Cordon Bleu in London. Upon returning to Malaysia, Jaslyn began supplying baked goods to notable cafés, quickly earning a reputation for reliability and craftsmanship.

In 2014, Jaslyn Cakes opened its first café in Telawi, Bangsar, with Jaslyn personally overseeing daily operations. The brand expanded steadily, opening a second outlet in Mont Kiara in 2019, followed by a third in Desa ParkCity in 2023. Today, Jaslyn Cakes operates three outlets and stands as a legacy Malaysian favorite, having served customers for over a decade.

Jaslyn Cakes prides itself on traditional, classic baking, guided by a firm belief in quality and integrity. The team avoids shortcuts and artificial substitutes, using only genuine ingredients in its kitchen. This philosophy is reflected in its house signatures, from a decadent Victoria Sponge Cake to a finely spiced Carrot Cake, both of which have become enduring favorites among loyal patrons.
